Practitioner Training in provinces other than BC
A training option has been developed for individuals interested in the practitioner program and for whom attending in person in BC is not feasible. The format will be as follows:
The training conducted on Zoom will cover Chinese medicine fundamentals as well as Qigong movement and theoretical fundamentals. Training sessions will be recorded and available for download. Interested students must attend a minimum of 32 Zoom training sessions in direct in order to qualify for the practitioner diploma. The other 3 sessions can be viewed from the recording.
The 35 weeks of remote training are a prerequisite for continuation into the last 2 modules of training - MQP3 & MQP4 - will will be offered in-person in 4 communities, on the following dates:

Course fees, MQP program, Zoom format - $3,200, divided as follows
Part 1: 8 months of weekly 2-hr lessons - $150 monthly** ($1,200 total) - payable no later than 1st Monday of each month
**1/2 price option: part 1 can be taken by those individuals desiring an introduction to medical Qigong without pursuing part 2 of the
training. For $75 monthly, one can participate in the first half of the training which focuses on developing a personal practice.
Part 2: $900 for each 5-day component of MQP3 & MQP4 ($1,800 total)
Clinical internship: $200 for the 2 days.
Registration deadline – July 31st, 2023
- $450 non-refundable deposit upon registration (this amount will be applied against the cost for MQP4)
- Payment for MQP3 ($900) and MQP4 ($450) can occur prior to or on the first day of training.
